1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SlideStack ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SlideStack is an AI-powered tool that helps users create social media carousel content from text input. We offer Free, Pro ($9.99/mo), and Agency ($29.99/mo) subscription tiers.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must not share your account with others or use it to perform illegal activities.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or misleading.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access our systems without authorisation.
  • Exceed your plan's usage limits via automation or API abuse.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the carousel content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely to provide the Service. Our platform, codebase, and branding remain our exclusive property.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses third-party AI providers to generate content suggestions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before publishing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlideStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SlideStack operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will provide notice of material changes via email.
